- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return.
- For items with authenticity certificates, the certificate must be returned along with the item. Any tampering with the certificate will void the return.

Refunds:
