- Lost or Damaged Packages by Courier: LuxuryRevive is not responsible for any packages lost by the courier or damaged during transit. - Damage While in Our Possession: If the bag is damaged while in our possession, the customer will be entitled to a full refund, along with an additional payment of an estimated value of the bag based on its initial description.
- Marketing Use: By using our services, you consent to LuxuryRevive using images or footage of your bag for marketing purposes, ensuring no personal details are disclosed.
- Condition Adjustment for BagSpa Services: If a bag submitted for BagSpa services is found to be in worse condition than initially described by the customer, LuxuryRevive reserves the right to adjust the service price to reflect the additional work required. If the revised price is not accepted, the bag will be returned to the customer as-is, minus any shipping fees incurred.
- Authenticity Requirement: LuxuryRevive upholds the highest standards for authenticity. If a bag is found to be unauthentic during our inspection process, we reserve the right to refuse service. In such cases, the bag will be returned to the customer, minus any shipping fees incurred.
