Vintage Galliano Embroidered Sheer Ruffle Blouse – IT 42

A rare vintage Galliano blouse from the designer’s most romantic vocabulary—where historical dress, antique undergarments and theatrical femininity collide.

The blouse is cut from featherlight, semi-sheer ivory gauze and constructed with alternating bands of floral embroidery, open lacework and softly raised textural detailing. Its fluid, semi-fitted body is framed by billowing sleeves, tightly gathered ruffle cuffs and a cascading hem that gives the entire piece movement.

Luminous mother-of-pearl buttons engraved with the Galliano name complete the front. Both the distinctive amber Galliano neck label and the signature metal plaque remain intact—important original details on a garment this delicate.

Designed to be worn sheer or layered over a tonal silk camisole, it feels almost antique in construction yet entirely contemporary in attitude.
